เมื่อวันที่ ๑๙ กันยายน ๒๕๕๗ นายกฤต ไกรจิตติ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ ได้ให้การต้อนรับนายดิเรก อิงคนินันท์ ประธานศาลฎีกา และศาสตราจารย์พิเศษพรเพชร  วิชิตชลชัย ประธานสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ พร้อมด้วยคณะเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เดินทางมาเข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารและคณะกรรมาธิการถาวรของสมาคมกฎหมายอาเซียน ครั้งที่ ๓๖ รวม ๕๗ คน โดยที่ประชุมได้หารือกันถึงประเด็นความร่วมมือทางกฎหมายครอบคลุมหลากหลายหัวข้อ อาทิ ความร่วมมือด้านการศาล และการระงับข้อพิพาทภายในกรอบประชาคมอาเซียน

 

On 19 September 2014, H.E. Mr. Krit Kraichitti, Ambassador of Thailand to Malaysia, welcomed Mr. Direk Ingkaninanda, President of the Supreme Court of Thailand, and Mr. Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, President of the National Legislative Assembly, together with officials from various Thai agencies who visited Malaysia to participate in the 36th meeting of the Executive Committee and Permanent Commissions of the ASEAN Law Association. A wide range of issues were discussed during the meeting, covering the areas of legal cooperation within the ASEAN Community, judicial cooperation, and dispute resolution mechanisms, among others.
